RPO code for a 1998 SS? Can anyone tell me What the RPO code is for a 1998 SS? I think I bought a re-baged Z-28. HELP!!!! Is there any other way to tell? It has the gm hood and spoiler, the ss wheels but on the inside on the dash it just says Camaro.

Re: RPO code for a 1998 SS? goto the SLP forum and post ur vin in the vin # section..........if it comes back with a build # then u got a real SS....what makes u think its fake?

Re: RPO code for a 1998 SS? I just think the situation is a little fishy. I got a really good deal on it and it seems to good to be true. I just want to be sure. Where is that SLP fourm? Is there a site that might be able to show what the RPO code is for a SS?
