John,
I'd buy a 4" SS hood instantly as well as the authentic looking ZL1 hood. I looked at the DGmotorsports version but its only 2" and doesn't have the real appeal of the 4" ZL1 hood on Moss's car.

VFN gave me permission to post the pics, here is the link...
They are reading the board, so if you guys are really also interested in a 4" SS hood don't hold back HOLLA!
This hood has a better looking valley between the nostrils and looks better from the side...

That hood looks awesome! Grilles are kinda small but it looks extremely tough from the sides. They need to make a hood thats like an Ultra Z hood only with 2 or 3 inch scoops that goes flush with the rest of the hood at the top.

I would actually be willing to store my OEM SS hood for possible future collectability and buy that hood.More room under the hood and direct access to cold air for the intake. Not to mention that it would look BADASS. Oyeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
BTW: Back on planet earth, weight and cost?

Thanks for the replies, makes the trips I made over there all worth it.
The 4" WS6 hood will be available as a bolton and pinon. We don't want to guesstimate the final weight since the prototype in the pic does not have full structural supports... But the goal is to make them both as light as possible.
Hoods typically need a little work but not a lot.
I'll talk to them about the hood ideas you guys mentioned, so nobody makes a 4" SS hood like the ZL1 concept car?

isn't the dg motorsports hood only for lt1? The site says for 93-97 but maybe it's a typo...
