Antenna mod so i always hated my donkey dick looking antenna so i decided to cut it. i took pics just in case if you guys wana do the same.

heres the antenna i think is about 3 feet long. i wana cut it down to about 12inches.
i used a dremel tool. im sure you can use a grinder or good cutting pliers. watch your fingers please.
i removed the little bead looking ball with some pressure pliers. its a bit of a pain but i finally got it off.
the ball
carefully measure and cut the antenna were you desire.
you can see the difference now, that antenna is freakin huge.
the antenna at the tip is a bit thinner then the bottom of the antenna so your gana have to grind/shave off a bit. luckily my dremel tool brings this little grinder thingys (idk the name) that help a lot.
your almost done. all you need to do is attach the ball. you can use crazy glue for a much cleaner finish. i didnt have crazy glue so i used my crafty hot glue gun.
attach the ball.
after letting dry for a couple mins, i grinded off the rest and spray painted it a bit.
AND YOUR DONE!!
looks 100x better and cleaner. took me about 30 mins to do. very easy and looks great.

Cut mine with a bolt cutters, and topped it with a RC car antenna rubber cap. Much easier IMO. Looks much better shorter though good job. I wouldn't bank on hot glue for the ball though, i hope it stays on for ya.

the signal works perfect for me. i want to professionally remove it but this will do for now. some of my buddies tell me that the hot glue gun method wont work but its been almost a week and the ball is still on.
