First time Berger Panel
hi everyone first thread here and decided to put up some pics of my new mod to my Z28, so today me and my buddy decided to buy a few things from the junk yard and put them on my camaro. we ended up buying two hydrolic support bars for the trunk because my old ones weren't hold the trunk up. ripped off some stock LED's for the doors and a headlight and foglight bulbs and shoved them in my pocket. But for the main event the berger panel.
Took the part off a 96 V6 and bought it for about 12 bucks.
next up was a quick sanding.
my buddy got a little ahead and ended up spraying the chrome on the letters :/
so we did another quick sand down and painted it rattle can ultra flat black.
end result of our first time, the 'R' came out a crappy.
and installed on my car, hope everyone likes it.

Looks like you did pretty good!
Mine is the same set up, Flat Black with Silver letters, only my panel was Silver anyway so I just filled the letters with putty, painted, and dug the crap out.

we should have done that it probably would've came out a lot better but all we had was tape and spray paint lol but i still have the original one that came with it so i was thinking on either keeping the stock blue or painting it and sell the crappy one

looks like it came out really nice. i personally just like the gloss better than flat on these cars but its your car. At least you can go back to original since you still have the stocker.
