Default opinion needed
i was thinking of taking off my rusted 3.5" hooker exhaust tips and putting some turn down pipes instead. for more of a steath look, possibly painting them black...( black car )
what do you guys/gals think of this?

I usually think that tips look a little better than no tips, but if you were going for a stealth look, no tips kicks butt.

Yea man...it all depends on what you want...personally I would leave the tips...

Personally I like the way fbodys look without exhaust better than with it. But it is your opinion because you are going to be the one who drives it.

..just to add a thought..
what do you think if i remove the rust, mask off the outsides.. and paint the inside of the tips with flat black por-15..
