Default removing swirls?

i have a NBM camaro. when i bought the car, the swirls were there. dark colors bring swirls out a good bit also. i've seen quite a few zaino'd cars (f-bodies at that), and i am not impressed, and especially not impressed for the money that's spent on the zaino. the only zaino'd cars that impress me are the ones that get polished every week after a wash. i don't have that kind of time or patience, nor do most people. despite this fact, i still have swirl marks on my car. i was wondering if there was a technique (other than the zaino z5) that removes swirls? thanks.

probably the best way to remove the swirls would be to give the car a good buff / polish. Might take some time, but it will def. make the car look like new!

sprinkle a bit of cornstarch on the dried wax prior to buffing... that should help a bit

I have the same problem. Having a Black car (with swirls) sucks. I can not polish it because all that does is make the swirls even more visible. My car looks incredible at night becasu you cant see the sun being reflected in the swirls. As Cefiro said, buff it. I havent because I heard if you dont know what your doing you can really mess things up...Good luck!

Zaino can't remove swirls, it's a filler, not an abrasive polish.

What you need is a polish. If your not happy with the shine of polymer I would recommend a glaze/wax combination. If you want the life span of a polymer you could always go with something like Meguiars polymer sealent, Klasse, Blackfire or Platinum. Every product has it's own different results. Zaino is weird I tell you, I could type quit a bit about it.

Try this web page

http://www.properautocare.com/usporcabpol.html

That ought to get you pointed in the right direction.

Zaino is by no means an end-all-be-all product. It is one of many good products, and provides a unique look that isn't impressive to some, and stunning to others.

The best combination of a carnauba-wet-look with a polymer durability that I've found is Blackfire.

However, you could also try Klasse All-In -One followed by their SG product.

Before any of this, you'll need to polish, and the above link will help get you started in the right direction. When I had a similar problem to this a while back, I found that site, and since then it's been a great resource that I send people to as a starting point.
