PSJ said the introductory gp price is going to be significantly lower, so I'd say $450 is a safe bet.

I was just figuring the worst case scenario.
EG Prep,Paint and clearcoat = 2lbs
I dont know if you'll see the hood on a GP for $450
Maybe 475 + 90 S/H?
Still a great deal...
With paint u should have $800/850 into it.
22lbs off the nose is alot of weight.

I believe that that CF hood hits production when it actually happens.
I know of two places who have done CF hoods and they were $1200 mininum. (full cf)

Yeah the 4" SS hood would be at or below $500 in the GP too.
Hoods include new bolts.
We will be using my car and Henry's cars for tapping the holes for the hinges and the latches.

I just saw that my stck ram ir hood is all dinged up at the very point The fiberglass has separated a little bit, it's been in the garage for a month and I just noticed it.
