LED for tachometer/gauge plastic resto?

LED for tachometer/gauge plastic resto? First question, do any of the LED places make a bulb that will fit in autometer tachometers? I have a 5" Sport Comp, the LED I got from Autometer sometimes flickers and well doesn't really light up the tachometer that well.
Anyone have pictures if this exists?
Next question is, how can I restore the clear plastic part that covers the factory gauge cluster? I have a thing from Crystal View a friend gave me, but it says for headlights only on their website. Is there any hope or does anyone sell a new one that is affordable?
