You buy the A4 adapter from the WS6 store or somewhere else. Its called an MBA adapter.
The stock shifter comes off by removing a staple from the front of the shifter. You can see it most easily if you put it in 2 or 1 in instead of park. Once the staple is out it should come out. You might have to yank it a bit but make sure not to be too close or you'll hit yourself in the face like I almost did lol.
