I kinda like my revised design better. I think I would remove the factory "Ram Air" vinyl and add them at the top of the cowl in the vinyl insert area. Could you try this and see what it looks like? I think it'll be a winner.
Also, the curve is too sharp. Instead of doing a curved 90 degree vinyl cut, try a more smoother line - like a 70 degree cut. Do you get what I mean?

Take a look at the very last picture in the above post. See the right hand driver's headlight? The curve and the top left of that headlight curve is a smoother transition and, in my opinion would look better. Thats the curve angle I'm talking about.

I know I'm bumping an ol' thread but can someone fix up my poor rendering for me? Here's the quote that I am referring to:
