I can tell my tach is off with just Bolt-ons and 4.10's, so I can imagine how it would be with heads/cam/nitrous. I don't like the look of them but sometimes it is function>form for these kinds of things.

I didn't read the whole thread, but my tach is off 800-1000 RPMs sometimes. At first I thought I had a miss coming from my sweet Optijunk, but later found out that it was my rev limiter. I'm thinking about getting a 3 3/8" tach and mounting it in the pillar down low with a shift light close, that way its big enough to read, but not so big that it blocks your vision while in traffic.
