I was thinking about taking mine off too. Now that i have seen some pics with them off I am absolutly taking mine off.

i say either remove em or take and have em painted the same color as the car cause those on T/A's look better than the ones that came on the camaros but mine on my camaro were already taken off when i got my car so i never had to mess with em but i do have to take the ones off the GF's car though

+1 for removal of the trim. Once done, you wont regret it.

Funny story I've always given my friend crap about Red being faster than Black. One day we decided to both remove our trim (mine being an 02 Red TA, his being a 00 Black Camaro). Jokingly i said "Watch, since my cars red my trim will come off faster than yours". He followed up w/ calling me an A$$hole lol. We proceeded with pulling off the trim at that point. Mine came right off, about 2 minutes worth of thumb rubbing to get some residue off and perfect finish underneath. His left black foam/emblem tape the whole way and took hours to clean off. LMAO
