I just finished my HID conversion and I love it! Makes the car look completely different at night, I also did clear front side markers with white Leds. I bought mine from CarHidkit.com and they work great. I went with 6000k on my lowbeams and fogs so I didn't get the blueish color to it. You'll need to get an open beam lens for your head lights to replace the factory sealed beams. It cost me approx $400 for everything but it looks great. Get H7's for lowbeams and 880's if you're doing fogs too. Installation was easy but remove the washer fluid tank when you're doing fogs.

I have th ddmtuning Fogs right now. 35W 6000k. Very simple and easy install. $55 Can't beat that.
EDIT: For some reason it show's a little bit more blue then it does in person. I still love it!

I went from the eurolights to the one's I posted above and I can tell you this .... eurolights are exactly that "****" compared to the LMC kit.

Where did you purchase the clear side marker lights from?

I got the clear lenses from afterthoughts auto.com i think a set of 2 is like $50 and the bulbs I got locally but you can get them on ebay for less then $4 for 2 bulbs! You'll need the 194 type bulbs, looks way better then factory orange!

Without projectors, it technically isn't the "right way"

That's what I was going to say. An actual retro-fit is the true right way.

There are a few cars with OEM reflector HIDs, but those are specially made for the car and for the HIDs so you cant really swap them in.
