You should sell the brackets.

I would be in. They look great.

^ I don't think GTO seats look right in an Fbody. They look large and bulky. Along with the fact they say GTO across them.

The problem with selling brackets would be that there is a lot of cutting and grinding of the seats to make them fit. Plus, if you didn't drill your bolt holes in the same place on the seat that I did, then they wouldn't be located correctly.

I could possibly make some drawings of the bracket dimensions if there was enough interest and people could use that as a starting point for their brackets.

I used the Leatherique rejuvinator oil and cleaner on the seat today and it came out great. I highly recommend these products for all you guys with leather/letherete/vinyl seats and they are very affordable.

This treatement made the leather softer and gave the seat that factory dull finish, not to mention that new leather smell. Well worth the time and effort.

No, I am going to wait until this fall/winter to do the driver side. I want to enjoy the car while the weather is nice.

Thanks. I am 99% sure they actually sit LOWER than the stock seats. If you look at this picture:

You will see that they are almost identical in height to the stock seat. However, the seat brackets bolt directly to the bottom (flat bottom) of the stock Camaro seat and actually bolt up inside the Acura seat on my brackets which lowers the seat in the car.

That is why there is so much head clearance. I guess the backrest/headrest looks high in the car because it is actually usable. Goes to show you how short the greenhouse of the Camaro is.

Note. The other day while washing the car, the silver ring around the seat belt slot caught my eye through the front windshield. It makes those seats look pretty cool in there!

My buddy just offered me the same Acura seats u have for $400 but to bad I don't have the skill to fab up the brackets. If I have to pay a shop it probably cost to much. Sad for me cause I really like these seats.

lol i havent done them yet will be this weekend but all you really have to do is cut the frame of the seat drill and make a few brackets and your set not something you can just bolt in it will make the seat sit too high without cutting the bottom frame a little
