Angry GMMG Badge Ebay scam

(also posted in LT1 section)

As some of you may have noticed "GMMG" has opened an ebay account and are selling the sticker badges on ebay for $9.99 plus shipping. I purchased and paid for 2 badges on 7/6/10 and neverreceived them. The seller "gmmginc2010" had 100% positive feedback when I purchased them.

I purchased and paid on the 6th, and immediately sent the seller a message letting them know to let me know when my badges shipped out. I never heard back from them. I messaged them the following week and emailed them 3 times over the next few weeks and have still heard absolutely nothing from them. They provided a number on their page as well, which was a disconnected number. I left negative feedback last week and opened a case against them on ebay, and today someone else who bought a $450 GTO exhaust from them also left negative feedback saying they where scammed/ripped off as well.

They've listed wheels, lug nut caps, badges, exhaust, and other misc things for GM cars over the last month or so.
Just thought I'd let everyone know to beware of this seller! gmmginc2010 is a scammer!

I ordered 2 Badges and received them very fast. Sorry to hear about your problems with them.

Must be some confusion here somewhere, ...
gmmg2010 has 3/three positive feedback, no negative.

gmmg2010...when I said "GMMG" I was just reffering to the company itself, not the specific username.

Not sure where you are seeing this? I see 8 total, including 2 negative. With an 83.3% feedback score.

That's bullshit! I wish I just got my badges. I'd rather have what I paid for rather than a refund but here I am almost a month later without either

You should edit, the name is "gmmginc2010" you were leaving out the inc, probably the cause of all the confusion.

Might not be a bad idea to give the actual GMMG company a call and let them know about it, I doubt they have permision to sell GMMG stuff.

Not to be rude....just curious...Why did you order GMMG badges? I don't see any GMMG parts on your parts list.

you should no way give GMMG harm and or discredit the company due to some person creating scams with their name in it... at least that's what it seems like in the first post

sorry for your situation but it most likely will be resolved in time

No ****. I wasn't rude at all about it. Simply curious. Thanks for answering for the OP.

Edit for clarification as the above post seems rude.....I just wanted to know if maybe he had the GMMG he wanted for the longest time. I'd like to hear a soundclip if he does. That's all. He can stick GMMG stickers and badges all over his car if wants....I couldn't care less.

So is GMMG back in business? I never received my tips for my exhaust when I ordered last year.

Because I plan on ordering a GMMG catback from vengeance racing at some point in the near future, and they don't offer GMMG badges. Also got one for my buddy who has GMMG exhaust.

I am not trying to bash GMMG as a company at all. But they're phone lines are disconnected and they don't answer emails either, so no, I haven't checked with them.

I doubt GMMG is back in business. And I have read dozens of people have stories like you with not receiving tips, ect.

In case it matters, GMMG didn't really make that exhaust. They bought from a guy (I know the guy) and now Vengeance buys from the guy. High quality, great piece.

Long story short you should just buy this badge...

That badge does look badass, I've noticed it before. But my OCD would kick in and I don't have any of your 6LE parts on my car

Plenty of stuff to chose from that is WAY cheaper than a $800 exhaust
