98-02 Clear corners.. What bulbs do I need?

stock bulbs are white, the housing gives it the amber. if you do clear corners with the 'chrome' or blacked out housing, youll want to get amber (or whatever color you like) for the bulb itself. normally when i get them from ebay they come with new stock style bulbs with an amber coating, but you can also get wledx5 or wledx6 bulbs and theyll plug and play (those are the commonish names for the styles of leds, as closely as i remember them)

I prefer 3157NA myself. The NA means "natural amber" and the glass is actually amber, not just clear glass with a coating on the outside. Results in a deeper amber color (which I prefer) and doesn't wear. The coating tends to burn off over time and also makes it more yellow than amber.

Interesting guys thx for the replies again. I like the sound of the chrome bulbs that light up amber. Will check them out at autozone.
