Default 2002 CETA Detail

Did this one last weekend while it was 105F out. Made for some pretty terrible conditions and a lot of water drinking. I also didn't take off the track numbers as the owner didn't want me to because it goes right back on.

B Pillar oxidized:

Thank you, sir.

The correction process is more than just a wax. For this car, I used the Meguiars M105/205 combo for some stubborn areas along with Menzerna SIP in some sections.

I thought CETA's had the side stripes? Good job though!

They do. The owner has removed them. I'm a fan of them on though. None the less it's a nice ride.

Thank you. This particular one was completed in about 6 1/2 hours with a few "cool" down breaks. It was way too hot even with an EZ up Tent set up.

Looks nicely done! I bet it would have taken longer to detail if all the stripes and decals were on the car. IMO the all decals makes the Collectors Edition what it is and gives character! Without them the car just looks like a fast rolling banana. lol

You would think that but they would have been taped off completely equalling less area to be corrected. If anything maybe 5 more minutes for taping but it's a trade off with that and the actual correcting process being less.

I agree with you on the stripes but to each their own.
