What is this grille called, and whats the "going" rate for one?

That's the optional SLP SS grille that was made available in 01 and finished with the model in 02. You can get one for around $250 from Summit or Jegs. I was going to order mine from Afterthoughts Auto but I couldn't get in contact with them to redeem my free shipping code they gave me so I just had Summit price match. When you order it you can choose the silver-outlined emblems like the ones in your link or you can get the red ones like mine. Good luck man.
