you wanna know how it can be that bad? you should see the ****** water-heads that work in our detail/prep area. reuse the same mitt and same bucket for like 9 cars. use a rotary with only a glaze after cleaning, no claybar. on the verge of burning. thats how man. if you ever buy a new car, demand nobody at the dealer touches it except for the PDI guy. then ship it over to your favorite detail shop. it will be worth it in the end.
