i was wondering as to how a flat black berger panel on a black car would look, would like to hear some opinions and maybe some pics if its been done.

It has been done. Some like it, but i personally think it looks a little odd. Like the car needed to be repaired and only recieved flat black/primer paint.

It's kind of hard to tell the difference. It's definitely subtle haha but it could be the angles.

if your gonna do it, definitely do satin or semigloss, flat just looks unfinished, ^perfect example. it doesnt look horrible, just a little unfinished. satin/semigloss has a more finished look to it.
also, what i just said is directed more toward black cars than other colors. other colors can pull off flat more than black, although i still think satin is better than flat in general.

^what makes a 1st gen more true than a 4th gen berger car, they were all done by berger. 4th gen berger cars are the direct inspiration for this mod on non-berger 93-02's. And they certainly aren't flat on the true gen4 berger cars, they are either satin or semi-gloss, i'm not sure exactly
