I've tried about 3-4 different ones and can't seem to find the right ones.

That's the part number I keep seeing, but it says it is for a 1/2" hole. The hole seems much smaller, but maybe I'm wrong.

Does that look like the right one to anybody?

I'll look around, but that's really the right one? I don't understand the purpose of the "stem-like" thing on the top.

Those are the right ones. I can usually find them at AutoZone or something. The stem thing is what you push down to actually anchor it into the bumper. It basically expands the bottom portion to lock it in.

You have quite a few options, honestly. You can even use some of the retainers for interiors if you want. There are screw type and push-in retainers. I searched online and there's a part that the C5's use (14093088) and it seems to be the same, as well. Can probably check out a dealership and see what they have and compare.

Thank you. Now that I know what I'm looking for, I'm sure I'll be able to find it. I was looking for a flat-topped push-in retainer so nothing was quite working right. I'm going to try a couple places tomorrow and I'll let you guys know how it goes.
