If you get an electric(vs an air) make sure it has an electronic speed control. This allows the same motor power at reduced speeds vs others that slow it down and run at reduced power.
The Ebay buffer isn't dual action, you can burn the paint with that type of buffer. You want the Porter Cable since it's a dual action buffer. Here's much better price on it at Amazon.
