Seats for 2000 SS convert

Hi-

I am looking for new seats for my 2000 SS and was wondering if anyone had tried transplanting C5 or C6 corvette front buckets into their 4th generation. If not what are my other options? I would like the drivers seat to be powered. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Try a search for the Corvette seats. It has been done and a lot of people like it, but a lot of people don't. You'll find pics. Another option would be Trans Am seats. Much more supportive and better looking. There is a recent conversion in this section that I loved using Acura RSX-s seats. Looks great to me.

^ ive seen that one where a guy put RSX seats in his and i may be wrong but someone else put honda S2K seats in theres but like i said i may be wrong

^^ Ive seen the s2k seats also. Interesting route, not my cup of tea but it's definitely a unique look.

hey did anyone ever do seats outta an EVO or a STI , basically rally type cars?

Maybe the stock ones have NICE support or just the aftermarket ones for those cars.

I'm not sure about the STI or EVO, but if that is the type of seat you are looking for, believe it or not, the seat you want is out of the SRT-4 Neon! Plenty of those swaps going on here. Pretty good looking too.

I have a pair of C5 Z seats lined up after my buddy gets his other seats installed.

I've been interested in this swap too.

dont think i would want blue STI seats those things are hidious
