That color looks pretty nice keep them wheels & they should be finished in black that would looks really nice

GM had that car out on the 2010 Power Tour along with a yellow 1st Gen Camaro with a LS9 and ZR1 wheels on it. GM had a number of nice cars with LS series engines on the Power Tour. I usually post up a bunch of Power Tour photos but was too lazy to do it this year.

The engine itself is a jem. The Exterior could use some improvements. Looks clean!

I was thinking of painting my '81 Z that color....but after seeing it on that 4th gen I'm having second thoughts...

Wow, tough crowd. No one has yet to question or mention that they were able to shoe-horn the ls9 WITH supercharger under the cowl. My guess is they used spacers to drop the kmember down an inch or more.

+1 on the LS9 dropped inside it!

I guess GM didn't auction off all their test and concept cars back in 2008 when they declared bankruptcy.

47 mm spacers on the k-member , 5 mm spacers on the engine mounts and I believe 15 mm spacers on the trans crossmember . They said drivetrain geometry remained happy .

The cover was a photoshop to make the windows look tinted . They are not tinted on the actual car .

Man you should have . Pics of these OEM test cars in high res are hard to come by as most of them come from limited magazine articles . Their Yellow third gen Iroc with the LSx 454 engine and tr606 is equally as cool as this LS9 car .
