Too many lights... I've seen some very cool custom 5th gens by now.... this isn't one on them. I commend the hard work that went into this thing but it just looks too wierd. Saw this at the Route 66 show today.
I just hate the paint job/exhaust tip things/mesh inside hood scoop. if everything were blacked out (including lights), or just more tastefully painted, it wouldn't look too bad. but man, that paint job is just hideous

The company that did the work, you can see, is on the back bumper. Not sure if I can say it, so Ill just refrain. I just checked out a few vids of the car on their site. I guess the only thing the car has going for it is a paxton supercharger and some decent looking BBS's lol
go check out the gallery. in my opinion it looked pretty damn nice when it was straight black, before they threw the checkered stuff all over it.

i mean the workmanship on the car is good and i give em credit for thinking outside the box BUT that being said outside the box is a hell of alot bigger than inside and IMO they coulda found some better theme to go with
