I read the first post 4 or 5 times and want to be clear on something - this in NOT a true targa conversion. It just simply replaces the 2 t-top panels and replaces it with one larger targa "cover". With it removed you would still have the t-bar between the roof halo and windshield or is there instructions and etc. on how to sawzall that bar out?

This is simply a targa top that we are selling. We designed it so you can RETAIN the center t-bar OR remove it and it will work.

We will eventually sell full targa conversions for those who have bought our tops and want them...

Having a complete kit for the targa is something I would rather have then just cutting "blind" and hoping it all works in the end. Also, wouldn't that make the roof area weak?

I really want this. I need to see how it looks on the inside of the car installed, and how much weight savings will be had with this conversion. Not cutting the center bar just installing the cover. cf t tops are a grand. This seems like a great value if the weight savings is there.

Damn you Mark... making me want to spend more money on your products... hahaha. I am also wondering about the headliner thing as well.... and can we paint the CF top? I would rather do that and have a black top.... not too fond of CF on the outsides

Can we replace out ugly bubbly stock GM hardtops with this? I need a reason to rip off that bubbly factory top...

What I was thinking also about a headliner. Why not use the T tops shades? Velcro them to the targa. So when its on the car all you see from the inside is the shades-stock looking

Am I correct in stating that the only thing holding this in is the two sets of t-top pins?

Mark mentioned the corner pieces wernt sitting proper due to the brackets needed to be adjusted. Remember theses are prototype/work in progress pictures.
