98-02 headlights

I have been searching for a new pair of headlights. I see a ton of the prpjector type on ebay, but I am leary of them. I really like the stock look, but don't want to pay $200 or more per side. Do any of you have suggestions on where to look?

if you want stock, go to junk yards.

take and clean yours up or get sonars and take em apart and reseal em

screw the junk yard. buy the cheapest set of aftermarket HALO headlights (will be like 120-130 shipped). Not sonars or projectors, they're design is different than stock

once you get them, pop them in the oven (as if following this: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/224386/2) but all you are doing this for is to remove the black plastic insert. then follow the directions in that link to put them back together.

This will give you BRAND NEW lights, EXACTLY the same looking as stock

thats what i did, except I just used the lens from the new lights, while still using the bracket/housing from my original lights. that way you don't have to go through the trouble of re-aligning everything. just swap the new lens on and your lights will look new again.

i wanna say i got new factory headlights for 180 shipped on ebay. they should not be 200 per side. keep looking. I'm a fan of the factory style over the others too.
