Need Help with VFN hood Pin on
Need Help with VFN hood Pin on ok I just bought the VFN 5" extended to the windshield hood for my 98 Trans am to be able to clear my super vic set up with a nitrous plate and Elbow. I am just not sure on how to pin it down I want to Buy the Dzus Rails But I am wondering on how to do it in the front of the hood area. Anybody that has this could you post up some pictures and give me some advice.. Thanks

I have to fab up my own mounting brackets for the front. For the side I used some flat metal and welded the Dzus brackets to it then removed the bolts (one by one) holding the fenders on. I slotted the holes in the flat metal to give me some adjustment
It's a shame no one makes a pre made kit like they have for the camaros.
