Default What is this?

Im not sure where to post this so I put it in here. Anyways I have had my car for 6 years and have never really figured out what this lever on my driver seat does. Its a 97 camaro. Here is the picture.

Its a tilt . you can tilt the seat up and down a bit on the manual rack

Ok. Mine might be a little broke because the whole seat will just move when you lift it. But i will give it another try now that I know. Thanks man

It could be an eject lever for the passenger.... never know...

I rode in somebody's Camaro who didn't have one of the front portions of the seat bolted down. Talk about an ejector seat! I almost ended up in the backseat when he floored it!

If the whole seat moves then it's working ok. I had that feature on my 97 Lumina and that's how it worked.

It's the tilt. and it LIFTS UP!!!! don't push on it or you will break it. Lift up on it and the entire seat will pivot on a hinge under your ***.
