Last time I checked, Jegs had them a few bucks cheaper than Summit. The best thing to do is take your time and find nice ones used. I paid $180 for my 15x10's w/ tires in excellent condition (BFG Radial T/A's w/ half tread) and $220 for my 15x3.5 w/ tires (both new just mounted on a car and not drove on). The good deals are out there, you just have to wait for them to pop up.
