Default new interior in the works

i started working on my center console last year sometime and finally got it covered and finished (my father in laws best friend runs an upholstry shop) but i got my seats and door panels done as well, my headrests are being redone to match the new seats with a new bird and the rear panels will eventually be recovered with the red double stitch added to match everything else. i drew up the design for the seats and this guy took my drawing and made it a reality, i also drew up my center console before i started on it and i have a thread on it here https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearanc...-progress.html

Pics are at the bottom

thanks for looking guys sorry for the poorly lit pictures

I think it looks good, a little too much red for me personally. For some reason the part of the door card that is painted red looks kind of cheap. It could just be the pictures though.

I wanted to cover them in red leather but the interior guy said he could do it but didn't it think it would look good and wouldn't lay right.

I painted them a long time ago and they need to be redone

I would love to have them fiberglassed or put some type of a hardening agent

Great looking seats. What would the price of having seats done like that be without a hookup.

Also the gauge cluster looks nice. Would like to see some more pics of it

Only thing I would change is the doors arm rests, would really try and get them wrapped somehow as it seems like too much red, and possibly paint the grills for the speaker back to black, I like the red around the vents, not sure if you planned to wrap the center console lid, but will look great when you do. Really like the seats, and the center console looks good too, rest of the doors looks really nice. been wanting to wrap my entire in my camaro badly as the interior stock, is disappointing for a sports car imho. Any plans on doing the pillars in leather too? What are you doing for the back plastic? Would love to do a similar theme on some classic recaros i have from an 82 transam.

The rest of the interior will be done in black leather with the double stitching added to it as well. I hadn't thought about the a pillars probably should do them also

The door panels are a hate or love thing and in person I love them but when you use a camera with flash it takes away from the look overall. The trunk deck area will be leather as well, the console lid will be done to match the seats but I don't know what to do with th speaker grills
