takeing apart taillights??
takeing apart taillights?? im attempting to do some custom work on my firebird taillights if anyone has fully disasembled them to include the lenses please let me know how you did it. would the process be the same as whistler headlights?
not sure how to....but alls I can say is that I've tried to bake them, heat gun them, and pull them apart and I just kept on chipping the lenses. I believe they use a different glue that adheres them a lot stronger than headlights...correct me if I'm wrong others

ive also seen people use a small cutting wheel on a dremel and cut the lens from the housing, then epoxy/silicon it together (like you would with a whistler)
some people would rather cut up theirs instead of melting them; pick your poison
