To remove side mouldings or not ?

Thanks you guys , i wasnt sure before but now im just wondering why i never thought of this before.. and sorry i couldnt reply before , i didnt have internet..
so i dropped the car to the paint shop 2 days ago , told them to remove the mouldings and leave them OFF ! lol
i finally got my Koni's installed but i havent been able to drive the car yet.. now i cant wait for my car to get back from paint..

I'm gonna remove mine tonight.... I'm worried because the door on the passenger side was red at one point in its life... so hopefully its black under the molding and not red, otherwise i'll have a kick as 1/2" red pin stripe!

finally done it when getting the car repainted , but i only have one bad photo my dad sent me , i'll take some new pictures when im around the car
