Is this a good price for these wheels??

"My buddy has a set if torq-thrust II for $800.00 that's shipping included. The price might be negationable. I have pics and the fronts are 15x4 and the backs are 16x8"

So is 800 good to start with? There are no tires on them. What would I need to get them on my car?

Wrong size. Don't shop for less than 17's. You'd be disappointed if you do.
