And what do you do come registration/inspection time next year?
Also, who did you have do it? A shop, or someone on the side?

50% ain't that dark even from outside. OP's pics make it look darker than it is.

As for people asking for the stickers, it be smart/simple to just cut the tint paper around the space for stickers.

Visibility isn't effected alot, even at night I'm fine with silverstar bulbs.
With HIDs I'm sure its very Practical.

well the small town where the car is registered, and where my family lives is really "easy" when it comes to getting stickers. I want to say at least 80% of the shops around town ask for proof of insurance, and hand you the sticker. I've run into them wanting to install the sticker on the car themselves, and my excuse was "I'm really picky with my car, and I'd like to fully remove the sticker and all the residue before applying the new one" so they let me just take the sticker with me. You could always tell them you're about to get a new windshield, so for them not to put it on yet.

As far as the installer goes, one of my best friends from high school's dad owns a tint shop, and tints cars for a living. He did it for me.

I guess it's different where you live. Here we jus' go in to certain places and purchase them. Then, we apply them ourselves.

I like the tinted windsheid. A few buddies of mine run 30% on theirs with 5% on the sides and back. Its really nice knowing nobody can see in your car.
