Default New grill design for Camaro

Im really bored with all the grill styles . While a few still look killer and are timeless( like the berger bowtie or ss black billet grills) , the same stuff has been around forever. I was messing around in photoshop last night trying to make something alot more contemporary and still blend with the 90's style of the LS1 camaros . I used the grill pattern of the 2011 Commodore SS-V , I think it looks killer . The lip I did as well to be a more integral part of the bumper like the Z06 and Zr1.

::edit:: added a pic of the grill and lip in a whole car . Just to save on the questions, this car is all ps'ed from a stock looking white ss . I did the ground fx in the theme of the ZR1 . Im not a business so there is no productions plans ... Im just having some fun .

...aaand a Z/28

Looks good, but the only way that will work is if its not see through. Cuz I dont think it would look as good if you saw body color behind it.

Cool idea though.

Thanks

Yea you are right . If I end up fabbing this , I will have to cut the center portion out of the OEM grill area to get the depth I want and get rid of the body color showing .

I like this one the most:

The others look awkward. Like a catfish with a buck tooth. Or whale gum.

Damn dude, that design looks great, as does the lip. Gotta get them off the drawing board and into production

I like them all.. TBH I wouldn't cut the bumpers on the car up, but rather just paint them black so that way if you ever decide to go another route you can. They all look great though.. If you didn't want to paint that part on the bumper black you could always get a thin piece of black ABS plastic and mold it onto the back so theres no body color paint showing through???
