Corbeau GT seats and universal slider?

Corbeau GT seats and universal slider? Hey Guys,
I've searched around and still not sure what I'm doing...
I picked up some used seats and made brackets to adapt my stock sliders. Just like other posts I've read, they ended up being too high even though I'm only 5'9".
My question is: will any universal sliders work? Do I have to get the Fbody specific ones from 6Litereater and would they work with the Corbeaus or should I order the Corbeau sliders? What are my options?
