Id love it with a FMIC, which is exactly why i wouldnt want the front lip peaked up in the middle. Flat across the bottom would be the win.

I love my LS1 front end too much to go back, but this would be nice for anyone who wants to keep the LT1 front end.

I agree, considering the LS1 6LE bumper didn't come out the way i expected it! That's not to knock 6LE i just personally don't like that bumper. It would be hard to pay up front at the same time i understand why it has to be that way. I would go back to an LT1 front end in a second, most likely will with or without this bumper!

You are looking at what the finished product would look like. If it doesn't look like that, you get the refund but you have to pay first.

Correct. Again, ZERO

That's misleading. The 6LE bumper did not look identical to the Dick Harrell bumper, that is correct.

HOWEVER, people did not pre-pay for a Dick Harrell bumper. They pre-paid for the bumper McNord and I decided WE liked and wanted to make REGARDLESS of whether people ended up ordering it.

We had another thread offering to make an EXACT CLONE of the DH bumper, just need 10 pre-paid and no one stepped up, so we made the bumper WE wanted and sold it.

We just had ANOTHER thread offering to make DH bumper and AGAIN, like this thread, no one steps up.

SO.... this is on you guys.

I could understand not wanting to give some random fly by night company money up front to make something but that we are not. We have followed through with EVERYTHING ANYONE has paid up front for and delivered.

We just did this for diffusers, targas, sail panels, etc... Most of them we didn't even get CLOSE to 10 pre-orders but after a few people stepped up we went ahead and dumped our money into it and got it going (sail panels I just dropped $4000 into, another $4000 is owed and we only have 4 people paid)...

If you guys really want the bumper in the picture it is simple, stop talking, step up and pay for it.

All ten paid you'd see work in progress pics within two weeks (have to get in the OEM bumper to start from). Once finished and approved you're looking at 4-6 months to your door.

....just a note, since theres 2 styles in this thread . It should be clarified if the design is gonna be my design that started this thread or will it be the lower portion of the 6LE/McNord bumper grafted to the LT1 upper bumper that was photoshopped later in this thread .

The guys sending cash need to speak up there . If you guys wanna see this done and have the cash, step it up and have one 10 or less unique LT1 front ends. I wouldnt even think twice about questioning 6LE's ability. I think theyve more than proved themselves with quality, trust and follow thru .

I prefer the original design. Do 10 people have to pay before a prototype will be made?

You pick and just post which one you want done...

Rice, yes, 10 pre-paid first.

I really like this idea, but could no way afford it now. Is this going to be a one time deal? If you get 10 or 12 people to get it going and have the mold made, would individuals be able to order one at a later date? I just didn't know if this was a one time deal on the first run and one later.

Thanks!
