Default Dick Harrell LT1 front bumper

This was a request from Happysem , who wanted to see a Dick Harrell type bumper on his LT1 car. Also wanted it lowered, rims ect . . Did the best I could man . Its SUPER hard to change it up with the LT1 bumpers due to the nature of the original design. So I got as creative as I could, without getting to radical. Its pretty subtle, but I think conveys the DH theme pretty good. The rims are Forgeline GA3R's $$$$ ...lol . If you wanna see different rims or want anything changed just let me know .

Ive got alot of time contraints, so some of the texture and blending I had to skip over . I can go back later and refine.

Original pic

DH... I had to do a Sunoco hood from scratch. Finding good REAL pics of an LT1 car with one to chop off of is, well , not happening lol .

On some classics

I didnt have the time to design a new grill , so I just thru a Z logo in there and left it blank .

original

I would purchase it if it was made. I assume the grill area is completely flat? It looks like you relocated the fog lights to LS style.

That flows VERY well with the front of that '95! Keeps the sinister look of the pre-'98 Camaro, while the integrated fog lights of the post '97 "update" the look somewhat! I like it!

That looks great but the only thing i would like different is to have it a little lower in the front! I'm planning on converting my 98 front end back to a 95 but thinking to add a front lip cause i don't think its low enough with just the stock bumper! Looks great though, i wish someone made one!

Thanks man!

I love it!

If anyone might know of someone in the DFWish area that could try something like this, I'm all ears!

I think black hockey stripes would look sexy with some black CCW classics.

I will be working on more angles for happysem for his project . I will post in here where there done. I need to make sure the design I made up tranfers to looking right from a side profile . The angle the car is at now hides the pointyness and angles of the LT1 front end and therefore is forgiving changing the design up. We shall see, hehe . I think it will work out fine though . Im outa town all week, so no other angles till next weekend .

Thanks again for the compliments .

id kill for a bumper like that, i hate the stock one and body kits even more, if only the nose did not flip up, i know its for curbs but it makes it look like a bottom feeder fish, could you do a rendering where its level with the rockers? maybe even dipped a little bit lower in the center?
