Default What should I powdercoat?
The guys at my old job are in an off season right now but work is gunna pick back up soon and before it does i should probably get some powdering done. Any suggestions??

calipers INTAKE fuel rails, coilpack covers (Valve covers also), Cold Air Kit, Suspension parts, Wheels, I can do on FOREVER.

Pick a color to go with, and go NUTZ.

Definitely do the suspension! Calipers, valve covers, spindles, throttle body, etc.

How do you go about powder coating the brakes? By that I mean, how do you block off the line so it doesn't leak, and when you send them in, do you have to remove the piston and rubber boot prior?

yeah im pretty sure you would have to remove them. At least the rubber boot cause it gets baked at around 400 degrees for a while haha

powdercoat is simple, if you wouldn't put it on your oven, then you wouldn't want it in for powdercoat! Just remove simple things like rubber boots, seals, etc

oh and of course, don't paint the caliper pistons or anything and make sure the fitting holes and cylinders are masked
