Default Powder Coated Goodies

I've been powder coating some parts recently. I did all these for my motor while it gets rebuilt. Everything is gonna be black on black lol.

I did most of those items for my 93. I ended up painting them all though and was wishing every second I could have dropped them all off some place to be coated.

I have been degreasing the parts then sandblasting some with a cheap sandblaster I got at northern tool. Once done ground the part and spray it with the powder and into the oven. Its fun and pretty easy to do.

The shop i work at we wear masks, but only when spraying just cause it kinda goes everywhere.. I dont think it would work out too well in a basement, the stuff accumulates everywhere. Anyways after we spray we take the masks off and do other stuff in the shop. I dont think you want to breath it but i dont think you have to make sure you dont kinda thing. Kinda like welding fumes

Edit: looks good OP! Dog too
