He's going to eventually sell the car and I told him that when he does, I want the hood and air box from it. It's a red car and mines black, so we'll just paint my stock hood red and then I'll buy the Ultra Z from him.

Ultra Z hood looks horrible IMO. Gotta love the Harwood cowl and oem SS hoods.

These hoods kill me. I like them from some angles but none of them from all angles.

The Sunoco looks great from the side (phantomzeros car) and looks bad from the fron IMHO, doesnt follow any lines.

The harwood is my favorite from above it looks perfect, from dead on good from a 3/4 front view horrible. I just dont know.

The SS hoods look amazing but dont want the same ole hood.

I know what you mean. I had an ASCD 2" cowl when I got my car, but installed the stocker because the look of it from the side was horrible. I wanted a harwood cowl, but am not sure if I will like it in person. Then I always hated the ultra z hood until recently, and now its growing on me quite a bit. And then theres the classic SS hood, but everyone seems to have that hood, but I guess there is a reason for that, they just look awesome from every angle.

Now I just need to make up my mind if I can deal with the ultra z hood or get the classic SS hood :think:

If uou have a T/A go with a ws6 hood, classy and sexy. If you have a Z28 still, the 3" ss hood is sexy and functional

vfn 3" ss hood my friend!! Sexy as hell from all angles, side view of a sunoco but everything else looks like an ss but more agressive, don't look at picks, look at youtube cideos so you see more angles at once

The Harwood is nice. The oem SS hood would be better, but the Ultra Z is hands down the best looking. Good luck finding the Z or SS hood though*
