For example the ZR-1 Replica wheels in 17" x 9.5" and 17" x 11" sizes BOTH have 50 mm offset. And fit the SS very well.

By best I mean the sidewall is even with the rim, not slanting inward or outward. I know that 275 is with the 9.5 inch wheels, so would 295 0r 305 be appropriate on the 11 inch wheel?
