i love em;blue houndstooth would look killer on that white ta..

im going to replace the inserts with something more breathable thatll match my door panels.

only critique is that they dont tilt, but for the price you cant beat em

by tilt do you mean recline? or like the bottom cushion that tilts on the power seats? That would be kinda crappy if they don't recline at all.

mine are on my factory rails, so i have all the power features, and the seats do recline, but its a triangular **** that you turn, its not a 'ratcheting' quick-release like stock.

basically back-seaters have to get in on the passenger side and slide the seat forward, and contort. haha

covers will save you a couple hundred, but will only be an appearance patch; if you dont mind not using the backs and you want an improvement in grip, go w the 6les

they made as much an improvement in cornering speed as new shocks, cause I stay planted

well i really like them, and i would love to have a better holding seat that doesnt look ricey. Honestly, its not really possible to reupholster seats(from what i have seen) for less than these would cost.

My only question is, do i have to buy the seat brackets in order to mount them, like i said, i do have budget constraints?

Thanks for the kind words! You do NOT have to buy brackets. I have a write-up on the forums of my website telling you how you can mount them to stock rails...

I RECOMMEND my brackets as they let you sit lower and slide further back and forward but you DO NOT have to have them (as long as you're handy with a drill).

Irish is right, mine do not have the "quick release" which means you can't just lift a lever to release the seat and tilt it forward. This is for safety in racing and accidents (the quick release mechanism fails in accidents alot and the seat goes back/forward) BUT is a PITA for backseat passengers...

Since you're on a budget, I'd recommend my black SYNTEHTIC leather seats with BLACK stitching then, if you want back seats, you can just try to find a set of 1993-1996 leather Camaro rear seats. It is a VERY dark grey (close to black) and the pattern is very similar to these seats. I ran that way for years. Got the seat for $30.

OR, just do rear seat deletes. Buy ours OR, being on a budget, just pull your seats out and put your back seat floormats in their place (to cover the metal holes)

hey 6LE, I would have bought your seats a long time ago, but I dont know about buying seats without of sitting in them. I remember you saying you took the mold of a certain seat, I think. If not which seat does this resemble the most, so I can sit in that and see how it feels with me in it.

There's a lot of Chinese crap that LOOKS like ours but ours are actually from Yonaka out of Canada.

Actually, for all I know they may start off in China as well BUT Yonaka modifies the frames for us to be more F-Body friendly (they make them way easier to mount the stock rails to them)...
