meguiars claybar kit results so i used meguiars claybar kit, this was my first time claybaring by car. i did not polish the car because i dont have a polisher. let me know how i did.

yeah i did wax it, the whole process took about 3-4 hours. i did alot of searching on the site and found all the steps i just skipped the polish part, i wanted to but i didnt think hand polish would do much. im happy with the results, its smooth as glass
No its not that risky for a first timer, its very hard to harm the paint with a PC. I just ordered mine. Ive used a cheap rotary from Harbor Freight and this one is 10x better. Get the Dual Action PC and you'll be set. I messed with my PC for the first time the other day and I did a good job on a old spoiler I had. Just practice on something first and get used to it.
We can't tell how you did without something to compare it to... like before pics. You car looks clean, but thats all we can see from "after" pics.
Thats not expensive at all. Want your ride to look good, don't be cheap with detailing stuff. And you can't hurt the paint with the PCXP 7424.

Verdad Gallardo ugh lol maybe ill have to find some1 with a PC. im a college student getting married in november, 100$ on a PC and the wifey will kill me. i got enough **** for buying the hood and spoiler lol.

Well the car looks clean
Slap a coat of sealer wax on it next time before you do your final wax,
Dont be afraid of the portecable orbital polisher,
Because its so easy that A blind man could operate it

I was tempted to go with the Harbor Freight polisher, but when I checked it out, it just didn't feel right, even for only $40. For now (when ever it stops snowing) I'm going to do like you and give it a good clay bar, use a $20 Black and Decker orbital polisher to do the wax and look for a cheap PC.
You DO know it gets worse when the ring goes on? I make a decent amount of money and you should have heard my wife when I bought $400 worth of shocks!

o i know it gets worse lol. we got engaged in last november and ever since then when i wanna buy something for my car shes always like......"save for the wedding"....Blah blah blah. lol
