* How is your fitment? Did anyone have to bend the ends in to conform with the bumper? I f I hold mine where attached to the license plate both ends stick out away from the bumper and you have to push it in to sit on the bumper. I don't think double sided tape is going to hold it

* Also for the install, did you remove the bumber to install or do it with the bumper on?
How long ago did you order yours? Just kinda wondering now, if the one I ordered will have em or not. No biggie though, question to myself now is do I buy the stuff ahead of time so I can be ready or wait and see?lol

I would think anyone w/twin exhaust tips would need to remove their tips to install the diffuser...I did, FWIW.

I got the CF one and it didn't come with any hardware and no instructions either but the install seem fairly straight forward.

I had plan on using 3M 1" heavy duty double side tape and a few screws. I attempted to test fit mine and the diffuser didn't seem to mount flush enough to adhere to the outer edges near the top of the stock bumper. Unlike the non CF diffuser there's probably not as much flex with the CF one to conform around the outer corners of the bumper. Not certain if it's an issue with the part or it's installation but I don't want to possibly ruin my stock bumper if it doesn't properly fit.

Perhaps 6LE can address it when he has time. I'll try and PM Austin Auflick to see if he has any tips or issues on his CF.

I'll definitely have to move my exhaust tips. I had mine as close to touching as possible so now, adding the diffuser, I'll have to lower them slightly. Figured now would be the best time to get some mechams in there...he just doesn't answer phone calls or emails...MECHAM, DO you LIKE MONEY?!

Blood: I have close ups of it off the car. Will that suffice or do you need it installed?

The pictures on the first page aren't up close and detailed enough? You mean like, close enough to see the actual surface, or how it mates to the bumper?

I can't get mine to fit right. I don't think there's double sided tape strong enough to adhere the upper sides to my bumper. BTW... there's only 5 pages if you adjust your user settings.

Yeah, i'd like to see installed pics, like close enough to see how outer most "diffuser flanges" mate around the outer edges. Also, i'd like to see how it looks at the top edge, where it meets the top indention of the "CETA" part. If I get one side on, then it seems to be an inch or so off on the other side. I used the red Heavy Duty 3M emblem tape and it doesn't hold at all, pops right off. I stuck spring loaded curtain rods on each side overnight to hold it in place, when I took them off the tape just popped right back off. I must be doing something wrong

No worries bro I wasn't picking on you in particular, good luck with your install.

But there have got to be at least some members out there other than Austin who have been able to get this thing installed. These diffusers have just about sold out and only one person has posted pics so far. WTF

I emailed 6LE about my install concerns and issues with it so I'm waiting to hear back from him.

I do have some pics when I test fitted mine using clear tape to keep it in place but I won't post them until I hear back from 6LE. I can say this... pics don't do justice until you see it in person especially when you have some nice rear tips to accent its look.

Sorry guys, on the road due to G15. I will check emails tonight but to install u need two people.

License plate screws, 3m AND two screws in the bottom where u can't see them make it perfect.

They just cure like that from the mold, a few weeks on the car and that goes away. They all have flexible fiberglass, even the cf is backed with it, as part of their structure.

I had mine painted. I didn't bother with leaving it on my car though since I can't get the 3M tape to hold the piece onto the bumper. I'll try installing again some other time after I get everything else done.

FWIW I feel the only way to make these look right is to pannel bond it to the bumper. Mines being done in a couple weeks when I get the new hood and e1 spoiler mounted and painted. It had some indents and uneven edges that really stuck out when lookin at it up close.
