Default Ok i'm sold!!!

Never used in Meguiar products, always been a Mother's fan. Well I took some of you guys advice and bought some Meguiars Liquid ULTIMATE Wax, and all I can say is Holy Unlyrical Bat **** Batman, this stuff is AMAZING. Here are some pics and there is mad overcast no sun whatsoever shining through. I can't wait to see it in the sun. This is after 2 coats by the way.

Nice! I just bought a bottle of this stuff too and washed and waxed my TA. I was surprised to see that it came with its own applicator pad and microfiber towel packaged inside it. I've always been a meguires fan (previously all I would ever use was their Gold Class line) and this one seems to be pretty good so far. Really nice shine to it and seemed to be easier to wipe off than the Gold Class wax from what i remember. Hopefully it lasts.

PS tell me i'm not the only one who thinks this stuff smells amazing lmao.

Your car looks great btw. Things incredibly reflective lol

I just use armoral wipes,I think it looks the best,no crap that flings anywhere or that gets sprayed all over the rims, just makes a clean black tire, not a fan of crazy high gloss stuff,

I have a pewter bird aswelll, however being an earth tone color, i never really thought it would be worth waxing the paint or anything, i find it doesn't shine as much as red, black, blue or any other color.

Do you mind letting me(or us) know exactly what you used, seeing how we have the same color bird, maybe i'll give this a shot.

is it this?

I really got into Meg's within the last two years. I have gotten many of their professional products too.

Aside from the OTC stuff you should consider....

Hyper Dressing
All Purp. Cleaner
All Purp. Cleaner Plus (yes there is a diff, both are useful)
Super Degreaser
Body Solvent

I would mention Wheel Brightener but I think I like my Bleech White too much, Stuff is hard though.

I just washed and Ult Quick Waxed my DD and it looks awesome and a follow up with Hyper Dressing @ 1:1 mixed ratio and the car looks killer.

She is due for a buff soon so Megs 105/205 combo will do the trick.

My Buick is Pewter and it does make a difference. You can really see the flake "POP" and almost looks wet.

I do not have the pics online anymore but here is a before and after w/ megs Ult. Compound on another NBM T/A

This Paint POPS with the #26 Show Car Glaze, NXT2.0 and Hi Tech Yellow.....

And Here is a killer reflection,

My Car with the Convos.

^ I agree with you on that but for an OTC product like Meguires, IMHO, there's not another product that can touch Meguires.

i swear buy meguiars swirl-x. its the only product ive ever used that effectively layers wax and makes the metallic flake on my NBM really pop.

Ive used all of their products and the only reason i reccomend swirl-x is that its 7.99 and doesnt come with applicator pads or microfiber towels. i havent been able to tell a difference between swirl-x, gold class, and NXT other than nxt smells like cherries lol

I thought Zaino was though? And yeah Meguires has top of the line for all their detailing stuff imo.

Haha i was just about to mention meguires tire shine vs armoral.. spray for spray i hate armorals tireshine, that stuff is super glossy, just looks wet all the time and it picks up alot of dirt and flings, i have a full bottle and when me and my buddy wash cars i always use his meguires, once that runs out...i guess we'll use mine... However, i dont know about the tire gel you may be right there i havent used that stuff before.
