Default Front Splitter or CME + RS ground effects?

Been tossing this idea around lately. I want the CME exhaust for sure, but it seems like something is missing on the sides/front. I have the splitter, true, but just dont think it would look right with the back valance but nothing that flows with it on the sides.

Im going to get the CME kit off of 6Litereaters website but just trying to think if a ground effect kit will balance the car off.

What do you guys think. Dont know if anyone could photoshop it either based on the other RS ground effect thread on here plus my Camaro?

Thoughts...

Idk why, but your splitter looks extremely odd on your car. Almost looks like it's a prissy school girl that thinks she's better than everyone so she has her nose turned up. Lol. Wonder why that is...none of the others I have seen look like that.

But, the CME valance doesn't make the back look like it has a body kit, so I say stick with the spoiler and just get the CME and call it a day. Ive only seen a few Camaros that really pull off the GFX look.

I figured out why it sat like that, turns out I forgot to install the 3 pushpins in the back of the bumper, that seemed to fix it. I also tried spacers too until I discovered my mistake. oh well...

Heres a pic with spacers...

I think deep down the Camaro that got me hooked on 4th gens had the RS package on it.

I think the splitter on your car looks great.. when i get mine and it looks like that i wont mind, ALTHOUGH i do see that it appears a little different from the rest..

I say push the splitter back more and get the CME like you said from 6liter or make your own out of the rs rear piece

I have never been a fan of the splitter. I say go with the CME. If you want to be a little different get the RS pieces and mock them up to see if you like them. You couid always sell the things you do not like.

Ehh never been a fan of the RS kit at all. I think it ruins Camaro's. Just keep it clean with the other stuff. Remember, more is less.

If you want to put a body kit on something go buy a Honda.

Do the CME and be done with it. I've got the CME and splitter and it looks fine. Doesn't have that: "I need an RS kit" feel to it.

Man your car looks great as it is,just add the cme and call it,I think body kits on these cars look bad,,even the rs effects look bad,I know that's my opinion, but they don't look right period, you have done some nice work to your car,add a cme,,get some ccdubs and be done,

Yeah the cme doesn't look like a body kit,it flows very well, a members ride, this camaro is sick, ccdubs, and a cme takes any camaro to another level, then your car will have a reason to stick its splitter up to all the other camaros lol

Another vote against the RS kit here. I feel like it just muddles the lines of the car and really doesn't add anything to it for me. With that being said, it is YOUR car and if you like it, go for it.

I think the CME would be a good edition, brings the edge of the bumper down closer to the level of the side skirts. If anything, add the CME and see how you like it with the splitter in the front, you may be surprised. If you feel like it is missing something at that point then start looking at side skirts.

Splitter looks better once you figured out the problem.

Your obviously not getting my point Mr. Know it all. Not going to waste my time trying to explain it to you. I'm sure there are A LOT of people on here that would agree with me.

But hey to each their own. It's not my car.

Here's a pic of the splitter on my car with the CME valance blended in..... and, like Bobs ^^ it doesn't have the "need ground FX" feel (don't mind the pretty girl in the way )
