Default head rest seat belt guide

Ok I've got a 2000 Z28 with black leather interior and my headrest guide for the seatbelt is broken and it causes it to try to cut my throat when I put it on. Would that piece off any 4th gen be the same or would it have to be the same year and car thanks

Find the Convertible units & replace them. Search Ebay.
Any late LSx-based 4th gen should work.
The 'vert units are slotted & much easier to install without removing all the mounting bolts.

I don't have the other piece for it to glue back on. I've got a 93 T/A for parts I'm hoping will have the same one. Thanks
