Did you try the brass gears to fix that grinding noise? People say it works really well.

At the bottom, there is also a free headlight fix, although it is only temporary.

About those brass gears tho, with the nylon gears, yes they gave way <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> , but it was because the motor was still trying to turn. If you replace those with something that wont give way, like brass, then the motor is still trying to turn, put now the force it was trying to put out on the gears is on the motor and could wear out the motor. I want the fixed lights to get rid of the problem all together <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
